Orders placed after business hours may be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines depend on your location and courier service availability.

  • Metro cities: 2 to 5 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 4 to 8 business days
  • Remote locations: 5 to 10 business days

These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Shipping Charges

All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of shipping charges. No separate shipping fee is charged unless clearly stated otherwise for special delivery requests, bulk orders, or exceptional locations.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation by email, SMS, or WhatsApp along with tracking details, if available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. Delivery Delays

While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Hoopwell is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order. If an incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address is provided, delivery may be delayed or failed.

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged Package or Missing Items

If you receive a package that appears tampered with, damaged, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review the issue, please share:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the outer package
  • Photos of the product
  • Unboxing video

Claims made without proper proof may not be eligible for resolution.

8. Delivery Confirmation

An order will be considered delivered once it is marked delivered by the courier partner at the provided shipping address. Hoopwell is not responsible for loss or theft after successful delivery confirmation.
