Return and Refund Policy

At Hoopwell, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our return, refund, and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for eligible items reported within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original packaging
- With all tags, accessories, and invoice intact
- Free from scratches, damage, perfume, water exposure, or signs of use
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund
- Earrings, due to hygiene reasons
- Used or worn jewelry
- Customized or personalized items
- Products purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotions
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Packaging photos
- Unboxing video
Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
If the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
4. Exchange Policy
We may allow exchanges only for eligible items and only once per order, subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or refund at our discretion.
5. Return Process

If your return is approved:
- You will receive return instructions
- The item must be shipped back within the time shared by us
- Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the error was from our side
We recommend using a trackable courier service. Hoopwell is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 5 to 10 business days
- Bank or payment gateway delays may extend the final credit time
Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, and other non-product charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
8. Refusal of Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if:
- The return request is made after the allowed period
- The item shows signs of use or damage
- Required proof is not provided
- The returned product does not match the original order item sent by us
